On the whole, foam earplugs reduce more noise than other types. Most foam earplugs are actually made from latex-free polyurethane. That is, safe, medical grade foam. The manufacturers all like to claim that these earplugs are single use – in other words, you should throw them away after one night. But we know that many of our customers find they can use them several times over. It’s up to you.
