Orders are generally despatched within one working day, with the cut-off time for same-day dispatch at 3pm at the latest. Please try to order by 2pm for the best chance of getting your stuff the next day. We send all our orders by Royal Mail. All delivery charges are calculated automatically by weight and size. We charge the minimum possible so there are no nasty surprises at the checkout. We hate being overcharged for postage and packing so we're not going to do it to you. Occasionally we may upgrade your shipping class at no extra cost to you. We will never downgrade your shipping class. We do not ship to all countries. The USA is one of them.

When will my order arrive?
We estimate that First Class and Signed For orders will take 1-3 working days from dispatch to get to their destinations. If you chose Next Working Day delivery, then your order will be with you the next working day (which doesn't include Saturday), provided you placed your order by 3pm. Second Class items can take as few as two working days or as many as seven working days to arrive. Most items arrive within the estimated delivery time. If you have not received your item in this time, don't worry as delays do occur. We ask you to wait 10 working days for UK deliveries and 20 working days for overseas deliveries before letting us know you have not received your item.
Special Delivery etc
Special Delivery does not include Saturdays. You have to choose Saturday Delivery if this is when you want your order to arrive. Royal Mail charges extra for guaranteed Saturday deliveries. We pass this charge on to you. All of Snorestore's premium shipping services require a signature on delivery. We are not responsible for delays if you are not in when the postman comes.
As a general rule, our cut-off point for same day despatch is 3pm but this can be brought forward or moved back if events demand it. If the time change is significant, we will alert you via the Snorestore Twitter feed on the home page. Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays and all weekend and Bank Holiday orders will be sent on the next available working day. Despite our best efforts, even First Class mail may take several days to get to you. This is not our fault. Please do not 'phone us the day after you placed your order to complain that it has not arrived. We obtain certificates of posting for all orders mostly because we know Royal Mail sometimes has difficulties in meeting its own targets but also, sadly, because some people are dishonest. Naturally we will happily send you a replacement order if yours goes missing but we ask you to wait at least 10 days from the order date before writing the original order off as a lost item. Of course, if your order is particularly urgent, you can choose Next Working Day delivery.
