Please check your emails!

We are seeing a few customers complaining that they don’t receive order confirmation emails from us. With some gentle prompting from us, they then find them in their spam filters.

Please, if you believe you haven’t received an email from us that you were expecting, always check your junk folder first. The only reason for not receiving our emails is if you have made a typo in the email address you provide at the checkout and the server rightly rejects it.

We can of course send you a copy of your order emails, while confirming your order number quickly and easily. Please also don’t delete the emails we send you. It makes it much easier for you to remember what you ordered and when, especially with the flurry of emails everyone is receiving at this time of year.
