Sometimes we get phone calls which literally take our breath away. Today, for example, a recent customer called and after demanding to speak to “the owner” (who wasn’t here), proceeded to rant in the most glorious over the top terms about how wonderful we are.
If we could have got a word in edgeways, we would have thanked her for her generous sentiments. But she didn’t pause for breath, not once, and before we had a chance to tell her how much we like positive feedback, there was that unforgiving click click brr and she was gone.
Whoever you were, we’re really pleased we exceeded your expectations. It’s nice to be appreciated.
