For online payments via HSBC or Actinic Payments, you can pay using Visa credit or debit cards, MasterCard, Maestro (formerly known as Switch), Solo or Electron or American Express. If you have signed up for Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode , you will need to have your password ready. Please note that these two services are an added layer of security for your own protection online. Snorestore Ltd is not a party to or creator of these systems in any way and cannot help you if you have lost your password. You need to contact your card issuer if you have questions in this regard.
If you are ordering from the UK, you can also pay using PayPal if you prefer. PayPal is a simple yet secure way to pay online and you don't need a PayPal account. Choose the PayPal option on the last page of the checkout and you will be taken through the payment process in easy to follow stages. PLEASE NOTE: we use the address details details you provide at the Snorestore checkout to process and dispatch your order. Any changes you make on the PayPal payment pages will be ignored. Another point to note is that if you choose to pay using PayPal's eCheque system (not the same as standard PayPal transactions), then payments take 7-10 days and sometimes longer to clear the PayPal system. Please bear this in mind before writing to us complaining that your order has not arrived and asking for freebies!
For telephone orders, you can pay with American Express as well as the usual major credit and debit cards. Cheques should be made payable to Snorestore Ltd and sent to the address on the Contact Us page.

Delivery Options
We are STRICTLY an internet / mail order operation. We do not allow callers to pick up their orders. We have a variety of shipping options which suit almost everyone, except possibly those who order today for delivery yesterday ....
If your address is very local to our despatch office, then there is a possibility that we may deliver your order by hand. This service is at our discretion. The delivery charges remain the same as those quoted online.
