How much sound will my ProGuard earplugs exclude?

As far as the music custom plugs are concerned, this depends on the coloured filter choice you make. The green filter is ideal for normal loud music or clubs etc but if you are listening for long periods at extreme levels then the red filter could be a better choice. If you are concerned about which one to use then please email ProGuard or call them on 0870 901 6070 and they will advise you.
The filter itself is designed to preserve the acoustic integrity of the music content, so basically it will be like turning the volume down on your Hi-Fi system or MP3 player.
With custom fitted earplugs for sleeping, it isn't possible to give a noise reduction rating as each earplug is individual. However, the reduction will be comparable to a well-fitting off-the-peg earplug.
