Who is behind Snorestore?

Originally, just two people for whom decent earplugs were becoming an imperative. We needed them not just for sleeping, but also for work and play. If we needed them, then we reckoned that a lot of other people did too.

Where do you source your products?

After a long search, we found a manufacturer called McKeon's Inc. who make the Mack's brand of earplugs. They fiited the bill perfectly. Since then, we've linked up with E.A.R. Inc., who make the increasingly popular Insta-Putty silicone plugs. We also rate Alpine, Heartech, Howard Leight, Moldex and Aearo very highly. In our view (and believe us, we've tried practically every earplug on the market), these companies produce the best earplugs in the world. In short - they work.

Why does your stuff cost so much?

Compared to what? If you're after a decent night's sleep or protecting your ears, then our products are priceless. As one customer said, they're the best investment short of surgery. The earplugs we supply are a premium product, far removed from anything you'll have used before.

What we are

A very efficient company whose customers we genuinely value. We try really hard to get things right and we openly admit it when we get things wrong. We welcome all feedback, good as well as not so good - although the latter is very rare.

What we are not

We are not anonymous dodgy dealers hiding behind email addresses, PO boxes and mobile phone numbers. We're open about who we are and where we are. We do not use a call centre or automated phone systems to take your queries. We actually like talking to people (when we have time). We don't overcharge on postage and packing because we loathe other websites that do and refuse to buy from them. We don't do gimmicks and we don't sell your details to anyone else.
