For Heat Therapy: Microwave on low power (600W or less) for 10 seconds. If not warm enough; continue heating in 10-second increments. When re-heating cut your heating time in half. Warning! Do not overheat; risk of fire! Do not heat in a conventional oven. Test temperature on wrist before using. Use only with adult supervision.
For Cold therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 2 hours or more. Can be stored in freezer.
