Bucky's Hotties bottle gives you concentrated on-the-spot therapy. Filled with whole buckwheat seeds and an optional aromatherapy sachet, you can heat it in the microwave, or chill it in the freezer.
Buckwheat seeds are the fruit (or achene) of the buckwheat plant (fagopyrum esculentum). The seeds possess the special property of retaining heat/cold for up to 30 minutes.

For Heat Therapy: Place on a clean ceramic or glass plate and microwave for 2 minutes. If not warm enough; continue heating in 10-second increments. Do not overheat, and always touch test before using. When re-heating cut your heating time in half.
For Cold Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 2 hours or more. Can be stored in freezer.

WARNING: Do not overheat; risk of fire! Do not heat in a conventional oven or on a stove top!
ATTENTION: Remove cover before washing. Do not wash filling. Machine wash cover cold. No Bleach. Tumble Dry Low. No iron or spot clean.
